Operations Associate
Lala Automotive Philippines Inc. known with its brand name, Lala Auto was launched in the Philippines in September 2019 as an aide in revolutionizing the traditional logistics industry. We are a business solutions provider offering competitive and comprehensive 4-wheel Auto Loan Packages to those who want to acquire vehicles for Lalamove use, including aftermarket sales services - providing discounts, privileges & benefits (such as fuel e-vouchers, insurance, parts & services) to all Lalamove Participating Drivers.
We are currently looking for a Driver Operations Associate who will provide day-to-day support to Lala Auto Operators and Drivers.
What you'll do:
- Assist in driver registration, training, and accreditation

Assist and resolve operator and driver concerns

Recommend driver training needs and process improvements

Reinforce driver SOPs and Code of Ethics

Assist in the collection of documents for LTFRB permit processing

Does liaison work by submitting franchise documents to LTFRB in Quezon City

Work with Driver Operations and DM Teams to maintain a healthy driver base

Assist in roadshow and offline events

Strictly observe all company policies as provided in relevant contracts, agreements, and memorandums, as well as any revisions and addendums to company policies

Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
What we seek:
- Experience in logistics or on-demand delivery or ride-sharing environment is a plus

Experience in LTFRB franchise processing or liaison work is a plus

Customer service & presentation skills

Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies

Good communication skills; fluent in English and Tagalog

Flexibility with work schedules
- Willing to work onsite in Tower 2, Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), Paranaque City
