Operations Associate

This role involves managing all aspects of Beam’s operations.

2 Key parts to this would be:

• Streamlining operations in existing cities
• Launching operations in new cities

Responsibilities

• Part of founding team in Indonesia, involved in all aspects of setting up the business such as hiring local workforce, writing SOPs/workflow, Warehouse management, optimising operations, work making the product local (with central product team)
• Kickstart operations in every city of operations in key Indonesia cities
• Work closely with the regional teams (Product, Strategy, Marketing, Government Relations) to ensure a hyperlocal yet consistent execution of the various aspects required to run a successful market
• Set strategic direction for how to grow Beam’s operations in a healthy manner
• Identify key operational metrics and manage a tight ship
• Innovate constantly on existing processes and products
• Figure out how/where to allocate resources to ensure profitable growth
• Take ownership of ops verticals and guide/coach more junior members of the team

• At least 3-5 year of experience in a global strategy consulting or multinational companies
• Proficient analytic knowledge of operations management and market analysis using data
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn is critical
