• Set up and run operations, executing on Beam’s expansion plans in the country
• Own the P&L for a designated operational region/ geofence
• Solve complex operation problems using data-analytics
• Build strong decision making capability to operate multiple regions independently
• Work closely in a cross functional environment to deliver operational success in your region/ geofence (with CS team, product team, Corp. Affairs Team and regional Strategy and Ops team)
• Work on tracking and achieving operational KPIs for the operational region
• Assist and communicate with Indonesia Leadership in decision-making, program management, and implementation of various organization-level initiatives

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Tier 1 startups in Indonesia
• Structured and target-oriented when working on projects and analysis
• Willing to take ownership & displayed strong problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong excel and basic SQL
