Operational Risk

- Act as a primary subject matter expert on the policies and guidelines, along with improvements to ensure we are constantly evolving on how we protect our business operation.
- Produce Risk Heatmap and Risk Control Self Assessment in regular basis for management review.
- Advice businesses, products, and features on any potential risks of profitability, safety & security, and prevention/mitigation strategies based on risk identification review.
- Maintain and update Risk Register or Risk Events Database to ensure identified risks are monitored and action items are on track.
- Keep up to date on issues and incidents, and ensure their timely escalation, reporting, resolution, including the monitoring of operational risk loss.
- Ensure all SOP in operation and business support are in place and creating internal audit or control framework.
- Standardize use of the New Business Initiative Approval (NBIA) process – work with RBPs and ensure consistent application of NBIA.
- Creating Quality Assurance checklist framework and grading for underwriting, sales and business operations.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree from top local or overseas universities with excellent GPA.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel skills, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is a must with excellent communication and project management skill.
- Having experience in lending business of financial institution with minimum 2 years, related with operational and compliance risk.
- Have sound knowledge in credit risk principles and credit loss concept and best practice applied to lending business.
- Detail and focus oriented and data enthusiast.
- Care about doing an excellent job and exceeding expectations with the quality of what you do in fast paced environment.
- Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian) and able to communicate every policies and analysis to varied audiences including to whole lending team.
