WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Initiate, lead and monitor the execution of improvement projects within the Operation organization.
• Become the driving seat for any required initiatives to improve productivity and reduce inefficiency through but not limited to re-engineering of process, simple automation, and or even robot automation deployment.
• Driving the implementation and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure desired result are achieve within the expected timeline.
• Develop and expand team capabilities in applying continuous improvement tools and methods
• Identify and communicate any unresolved problems or possible timeline issues along with recommended actions for correction.
• Advocate continuous improvement of products and processes by soliciting for new process improvement opportunities.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Minimum bachelor’s degree of any major (engineering background is preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project improvement related role from multinational company, and with minimum 3 years’ experience on leading the project.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Good communication and presentation skills especially facing people from multiple different level and functions
• Solid knowledge of Lean and quality principles (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt)
• Ability to make project plan by Microsoft Project and work out project layout and concept solution.
