- Assist the Operation Head in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other operational documentation, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.
- Support the Operation Head in devising and implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, while continuously monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Aid the Operation Head in managing the operational processes.
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Proven experience in multifinance operations is essential.
- Thorough understanding of the multifinance industry, including knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in credit processes and underwriting, including loan submission, documentation, policy analysis, approval analysis, and collateral security.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail and strong interest in analyzing customer data.
- Highly responsible, with integrity, commitment, and discipline.
