We are looking for enthusiastic person who's detail oriented, communicative, have a good interpersonal skill, and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills for supporting all Human Resources processes include communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork, and scheduling first days. Having a strong skill in Ms. Excel & Spreadsheet is a must and having basic skill in graphic design software such as Ai or Ps is preferable. If you got what it takes, we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all of the data collecting process is based on procedure from the employee onboarding
  • Ensuring all of the data are well maintain and well access to the data based on the standard
  • Creating the standard proses for filing (soft file) and maintain the database
  • Present the general onboarding as well as the information need to be acknowledged by the new onboard
  • Ensuring the general deck are updated every time there are changes in company update
  • Able to manage the stakeholders whose involve in onboarding process with the best manner
  • Ensure all the stakeholders join in every section needed
  • Ensure all the new onboard attend the onboarding session
  • Create, distribute, and maintain employee's ID Card

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field, preferably from Management
  • Experienced in managing Personnel Administration
  • Detail oriented, strong in Excel & Spreadsheet
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skill
  • Basic skill of graphic design software (preferably Ai or Ps) for creating ID Card
