This role supports the Sales team in managing invoices, monitoring expenses, and preparing cost forecasts. The position helps ensure operational spending is properly tracked, accurately reported, and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Support invoice management and payment tracking processes.
- Monitor operational expenses and assist in cost forecasting activities.
- Prepare reports and basic analyses related to expenses and budget utilization.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data recording.
- Support administrative tasks related to Offline Sales operations.
- Support other telesales projects and administrative as assigned.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work from the office (WFO).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 2 months.
- Willing to work from the office.
- Available to join ASAP.
