Ruangguru has allowed students to access better quality educational content in the form of learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes. Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.
Job Description
- Update and report to Program Manager for any new initiatives related to students and teachers for in online classes
- Assist program manager in adjusting learning plan for offline class programs
- Develop various educational games and learning materials for offline classes
- Manage the operation of co-learning space in the learning center
- Develop weekend pop up activities in the learning center
- Conduct class observation for quality control
- Collaborate with Teacher Development to train offline + learning space teachers
- Attend weekly company and division meetings
- Participate in team-building and learning activities
Job Requirements
- Experience in student-centered curriculum designing
- Strong pedagogical knowledge especially in offline learning setting
- Excellent strategic communication skills, as well as proven interpersonal & organizational skills
- Creative and innovative thinker and planner
- Have good command of passive English
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple works at the same time
- Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
- Experience with children in an educational setting is a plus
