Job Description

Update and report to Head of Business & Operations for any new initiatives related to Kalananti Learning Center
Initiate, Plan, Execute, and Monitor Kalananti Offline Learning Center
Lead Offline Operations Team
Manage Learning Center operations including but not limited to students registration, class & teacher scheduling, learning supporting tools & media, and student’s certificate & progress report
Responsible to Learning Center asset & maintenance
Collaborate with Education Consultant to help Sales activity
Integrate with Academics Division related to curriculum, teacher, and other student’s activity in the learning center
Coordinate with Teachers related to class, students, schedule, curriculums, etc
Communicate with Parents & Students related to all of Learning & Center activity
Attend weekly company and division meetings
Participate in team-building and learning activities

Job Requirements

At least bachelor in any major
Critical and structured thinking
Able to work offline every work days at our Learning Center (Bintaro)
1 year or more experience in the education sector operations esp learning center operations is a plus
Proficient in Ms. Excel
Excellent leadership, project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
