Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the smooth running daily operations of the office
  • Managing logistical needs for the office
  • Interacts with internal and external customers in an excellent manner
  • Liaise with landlord when needed
  • Supporting on any ad hoc request related to office matters

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity 
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers
  • Able to operate standard office equipment, including phone, set up wifi, personal computer, copier, etc.
  • Good problem-solving skill and has a strong sense of responsibilities
