Job Description
鈥eceive patients who will receive the procedure and assist the patient before and during the procedure by the doctor to prepare the patient both physically and psychologically and to provide a sense of security and comfort for the patient and the patient's family.
鈥repare patients who have completed actions related to administrative needs and provide comprehensive education to patients and their families.
鈥nsure that all equipment is completely collected and returned after the action is completed.
鈥eturn the equipment used to CSSD in complete condition.
鈥ollect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors.
鈥mplement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Nursing聽
- Already attend BTCLS certification
- Having the experience at least 1 year in hospital
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply聽
- Willing to work in shift聽
- Willing to be placed in Siloam Surabaya
