In January 2020, we had a successful Initial Public Offering and raised more than 209 billion rupiahs in funds from our public stock offering, more than we targeted to achieve. Recently Amar Bank was awarded as The Best Bank in Mortgage 2020 Book 2 category by 2002. In early July, we launched our newest innovative product named Senyumku in addition to our existing other products such as Tunaiku, Nabungyuk, and Tunaiku Invest. Today we have more than 1000 employees and that number keeps growing.

Job Description
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
- Source and attract candidates from the internal database, external resume banks, and networking sites;
- Assess candidates in person and get to know them, their goals, and their strength and match with strategic resource and project needs;
- Actively maintain a network of candidates for future requirements, following up to keep your candidates in the loop and maintain lasting relationships
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum has two years experience in recruitment field
- Experience handle end to end recruitment process
- Preferable for experience in the Financial or Banking industry
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent selling skills, target-oriented, and good analytical thinking
