Ninja Xpress as the fastest growing logistics company in Indonesia needs to take required steps to ensure their leadership talent will help the company strategy. The Ninja Xcceleration Program 2022 will accelerate the shaping of our best talent and support them with numerous developments to ensure their maturity level reaches our expectation and will help the company in the near future.
This program is an important step to ensure the future of our company.
Requirements
- You are graduated from reputable university, holding a minimum bachelor’s degree with an excellent final score (GPA 3.50), actively improve yourself and make an impact on the surroundings with your organization skill.
- Fresh graduates or having full-time working experience (max 2 years) is not an issue for us, Ninja is the best place to gain knowledge and experience to improve your skill set.
- Not a basic in digital and tech tools, be savvy.
- You are passionate to learn, have a broad mindset and agile ability. These are really needed in our business as we grow rapidly, challenges are frequently come and need to be solved
- You are a self-starter who is not shy to roll up your sleeves - take a lead, speak your mind and do your action.
- Present yourself as a proficient in spoken and written in English, our regional team would be happy to collaborate with you.
- You are connected by heart with Ninja's Company value, industry 5.0 here we come!
- Your unique and interesting traits,

- You can upload it in Google Drive or Youtube
- Send us just the link to your video and make sure it's accessible
- All video submitted for Ninja Xcceleration Program will become the property of PT Andiarta Muzizat (Ninja Xpress) and can be used for Ninja Xpress porposes. Candidate may not submit or register it for another purposes.
Other than CV, you MUST submit an Introductory Video to tell us more about yourself.
