Responsibilities
Design and conduct researches in Indonesia:
- Qualitative studies such as field observations, interviews, usability tests and customer feedback analysis for existing and future products
- Quantitative studies such as surveys to evaluate impact of product changes
Study competitor platforms and market trends to identify opportunities
Drive insight from market and data to develop a deep expertise and understanding of Shopee users
Design and launch initiatives to improve overall customer experience including but not limited to app refresh, new product launch, process and operational improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive improvements in overall customer experience
Communicate research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development) to drive improvements in customer experience
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing, business development, strategy or related fields. Research or product management experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to demonstrate strong experience in project and people management
Result-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic environment of e-commerce
Good communication and presentation skills
