New Customer Experience Researcher

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct researches in Indonesia:

- Qualitative studies such as field observations, interviews, usability tests and customer feedback analysis for existing and future products

- Quantitative studies such as surveys to evaluate impact of product changes

  • Study competitor platforms and market trends to identify opportunities

  • Drive insight from market and data to develop a deep expertise and understanding of Shopee users

  • Design and launch initiatives to improve overall customer experience including but not limited to app refresh, new product launch, process and operational improvements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive improvements in overall customer experience 

  • Communicate research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development) to drive improvements in customer experience

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing, business development, strategy or related fields. Research or product management experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to demonstrate strong experience in project and people management

  • Result-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic environment of e-commerce

  • Good communication and presentation skills
