Fazz Financial Group is a digital financial services group founded in 2016. It is based in Southeast Asia, and is the holding group for over 10 FinTech startups, which includes PayFazz, Xfers, Modal Rakyat, StraitsX, and others.

What you'll do:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets and budgets
Establish productive and professional relationships, negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services
Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
Develop policies & procedures relating to Sales
What we're looking for:
- Min. 8 years of experience managing a high performance Sales Team (experience in startup/fintech industry is a plus)
- Proven 1-2 years of experience as National Sales Manager
- Having a good understanding of loan/lending and BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) business is a must
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, including developing effective Sales & Go To Market Strategies
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English)
- Willing to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties
