- Create sustainable strategic growth for the car refinancing business.
- Expansion of business in multiple cities and rigid process to execute the business goal.
- Lead nationwide branch teams to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop new acquisition channels to support the growth of car refinancing, and lead relationship management with existing channel partners.
- Together with the Operation and Risk team to continuously improve overall customer experience.
- Ensure portfolio growth and overall portfolio credit quality.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Auto Loan Business, especially in Car Refinancing Business.
- Strong network in the used car and refinancing business across Indonesia.
- Experience as part of Senior Management level in Car Financing or Refinancing in Financial Institutions.
- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Have full of confidence, good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a strong team player.
- The ability to work under pressure, meet targets and have exceptional time management skills.
- Candidates with post-graduate qualifications will be preferred.
