MSME Business Analyst Intern

About the Position

As an MSME Business Analyst Intern, you will support the MSME team in analyzing business needs, gathering user insights, and developing simple solutions. You will work closely with the MSME and Product teams to validate solutions and support business improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to gather user insights and relevant data for business needs.
• Translate business and user insights into simple requirements and problem statements with guidance from a mentor.
• Support business analysis and calculations related to MSME lending and collateral.
• Build and test simple Proofs of Concept (PoC) for business processes or solutions using AI-assisted development.
• Test mobile application scenarios and help identify potential issues or improvement opportunities.
• Support solution building and validation with the Product team.
• Prepare simple dashboards and reports for monitoring.
• Support other business projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably from Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong interest in business analysis, data, and problem solving.
• Basic data processing skills; SQL or Python is a plus.
• Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Able to adapt to different types of tasks and priorities.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Available to commit to a full-time internship for the required duration.

Bonus Points

• Familiar with or interested in AI-assisted development / vibe coding.
• Familiar with digital banking, fintech, or MSME lending.
• Experience in research, data analysis, application testing, or problem-solving projects.
