We are looking for a self-driven talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Montessori Teacher Assistant to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with students during classroom activities, including but not limited to practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics, and cultural studies
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Observe and document student behavior, and communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and progress
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and personal information
- Participate in professional development activities and conferences to stay informed on best teaching practices and Montessori principles
- Indonesian Citizen only
- Max. 35 years old
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (Montessori Preschool teacher is preferred)
- Has passion for working with children
- Eloquent in English speaking skills in a professional setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor degree in Montessori Education (English language) or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
