Montessori Teacher Assistant/AYANA BALI

We are looking for a self-driven talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Montessori Teacher Assistant to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with students during classroom activities, including but not limited to practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics, and cultural studies
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement
• Observe and document student behavior, and communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and progress
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and personal information
• Participate in professional development activities and conferences to stay informed on best teaching practices and Montessori principles

• Indonesian Citizen only
• Max. 35 years old
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (Montessori Preschool teacher is preferred)
• Has passion for working with children
• Eloquent in English speaking skills in a professional setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor degree in Montessori Education (English language) or equivalent
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
