What Will You Do

Work with a team of technically sophisticated engineers who make developer experience their first priority.
Solve problems for mobile engineers across multiple teams by understanding their needs and coming up with both short-term and long-term solutions using both qualitative and quantitative metrics to determine priorities and measure effectiveness.
Influence how HappyFresh engineers write, share, review, and merge code for mobile applications through best practices, automated tooling, infrastructure, and processes.
Develop and deploy tools for mobile platforms including build, continuous integration, and test automation infrastructure.

What Will You Need

At least 2-5 years working experience in iOS development. Proficient in Swift programming, Cocoa, Xcode, and the iOS SDK.
Having experience in Objective-C is a plus.
Experience with building native frameworks or libraries for iOS.Strong knowledge in iOS Apps architecture and implementation.
Experience with CI/CD tools for iOS. Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end test frameworks. Ability to mentor and level up other software engineers on your team.
Ability to break down complex product requirements into well-groomed user stories.
Strong knowledge of mobile application user interface (UI) / user experience (UX), architecture, framework development, performance optimization, and security.
Experience with monitoring tools, such as Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.
Strong desire to independently learn engineering skills and share it with other software engineers. Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies. Experience with contributing to open source software or developer community. Is a plus if you have familiarity with hybrid or cross platform tools or frameworks OR willingness to learn and pick up hybrid or cross platform mobile development tools or frameworks such as Flutter, Kotlin Multi Platform, React Native, etc.
