MICE manager is responsible to lead and manage the specific team in CS that handle Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions. He/She will ensure & create customer satisfaction, set operational & strategic goals, and empowering team members to optimize their capabilities

Your main duties in flying with us

Set appropriate SOP & KPI for internal/external processes, align with related current workflow in CS
Supervise all inquiries (existing/new leads) in an accurate, appropriate & timely manner
Resolve customer service issues to customer’s satisfaction with appropriate, corrective & preventive measures
Service all internal/external inquiries professionally and efficiently within the agreed SLA
Monitor the payments from clients and work closely with Finance & Accounting Dept. to ensure the payment process is in accordance with company procedures
Coordinate with selectively appointed vendors to provide best-related services for customer’s satisfaction
Communicate with the team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales and targets
Implement business development initiatives to consistently improve the profitability

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare

Minimum 5 years experience in the same scope of work in the managerial level
Minimum bachelor's degree from any discipline
High knowledge of MICE market
Fluency in English; multilingual is a plus
Possess strong computer skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, sales, and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Able to work under pressure, independently, and with a team
High attention to details
