Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and potential customers, promoting BukuWarung's key products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through various channels.
- Manage WhatsApp groups for customer interaction and keep track of relevant activities.
- Collaborate with different divisions within the company to resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Immediate availability for the role.
- Proven experience in sales and telemarketing, particularly for MSME customers.
- Excellent communication skills in personal, call, and virtual interactions.
- Proficiency in English for professional communication.
- Strong data-oriented mindset with basic data analysis skills using MS Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Previous experience in maintaining customer relationships.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of CRM and/or telemarketing tools would be a plus.
