As our MRO Lead, you’ll be in charge of developing and managing relationships with merchants to drive revenue growth to join our BukuWarung Team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Merchant Relation Officer (MRO).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants through managing merchant group channel (e.g WA Group).
- Monitor and report on team and individual revenue performance, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as Merchant Success, Merchant Happiness, Data, Business, Operations, etc for continuous improvement activities.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
- At least 3 years of experience in a telesales management role.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Spreadsheet is essential.
- Experience working in financial service industry is a plus.
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
