About the Role
We’re looking for talented individuals to join us on our mission to become an indispensable business partner for merchants and to help them succeed and thrive in Indonesia as Merchant Lifecycle Associate.
The Merchant lifecycle team acts as the business team for the Merchant Platform product. As a Merchant Lifecycle Associate, You will work together with the Merchant Lifecycle Head and other product/business teams to create a go-to-market strategy for GoBiz App. You need to collaborate closely with the product, sales, marketing, ops team for product rollout and adoption of platform features and/or various use cases hosted by GoBiz App. In your day-to-day execution, You will need to monitor and analyze key metrics to produce insights and take initiatives/propose solutions to enhance the product/business process so that we can provide better services/products for our merchants.
What You Will Do
- Create the business requirement for the merchant platform product development
- Monitor and evaluate the problem areas related to merchant growth and merchant experience, especially in the onboarding domain
- Lead the rollout and adoption or go to the market plan of the merchant platform product
- Ensure the operationalization of the go to the market is in place
What You Will Need
- At least 4 years of experience in the domain of GTM
- Heavy experience in the enterprise system
- Heavy data analytics in getting the market feedback and growth numbers
- Project management to make alignment for th complex project and many people to align with
About the Team
Merchant Platform enables all parts of the GoTo Group to provide more Merchants with better opportunities to grow their business and serve their customers - all at higher scale, lower cost and with better SLAs.
Merchant Platform product/business group is expected to be that Connector. The team in charge of two main products which are Central Merchant Platform (CMP) (and its backend services) as well as GoBiz App.
GoBiz app is the super app for merchants that host and connect various use cases in 1 app for merchants.
CMP and its backend services provide functionalities that are commonly needed to facilitate merchants’ activities/transactions throughout their lifecycle in the platform (Starting from onboarding, merchant state management, user access management, money in/out management as well as reporting and reconciliation capability).
