About the role:

You will become the Northstar on designing the blueprint for overall Merchant Lifecycle as well the Onboarding Strategy for SMB Gopay merchants.

What You Will Do

  • Define the overall onboarding strategy to improve the overall mass funnel and experience for SMB Merchants.
  • Establish Merchant lifecycle which covers:
  • Leverage data analytics to understand the merchant behavior and pain points for each of the lifecycle,
  • Develop the right measurement and key motions, together with Merchant Activation team,
  • Review Gopay Tier merchants periodically, which will be critical for various motions.
  • Work closely with Key Stakeholders (Merchant Experience, Product, Merchant Marketing team) to define product improvement required
  • Maintain and monitor overall PnL across SMB Merchant segments.
  • Liaise with internal sales team to track overall sales OKR 

What You Will Need

  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in strategy and planning
  • Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders (Product, Marketing), with proven track record of deliverable projects related product improvement.
  • Strong business sense and have good understanding of the Fintech industry, customers, and competitors
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a team, as well as strong in people development and mentoring / coaching
  • Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Fact-based / number-oriented individual, who is comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Able to recruit top-notch talent team, nurture and mentor them
  • Ability to use SQL would be strongly preferred.

They’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders ranging from Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, driving impact through collaboration.
