Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth primary and secondary market research on various financial products such as banking transfer, QRIS, and PPOB products in Indonesia
- Perform competitor analysis and opportunity sizing activities to create an overview of the current market landscape
- Create presentations to build a narrative around the proposed research strategy for the leadership team
- Strategize, create roadmaps, and run day-to-day operations for company-wide initiatives like the Rewards & Loyalty Program.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in research-related projects, extraordinary students/ fresh graduates are welcomed
- Bachelor’s degree from top tier university/college (preferred)
- Contract minimum 3 months
- A high degree of problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across functions with team members across levels
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa
