Gone are the days of colorless tasks and idle work routines. As Merchant Community Intern, you will be a remarkable player in our hyper growing solutions for SME’s, GoKasir & Selly. Focusing heavily on the education and engagement roles, you will operate offline/online events, moderate contents through community channels, and reporting the impact in efforts to empowering our Mitra Usaha.

What You Will Do

Assist the merchant development & product marketing team in providing event materials, such as invitation populations, reminder groups, post-event engagement contents, and monitoring tools
Execute any communication blasts through several channels, such as email, web pop-up, push notification, in-app notifications, etc
Moderate the zoom, gmeet, or any online platforms in the webinar related to the merchant education
Assist the merchant development & product marketing team during offline event
Moderate the post-event contents and maintain the engagement to the group consisting of event attendees. The group platform would be in Whatsapp or Telegram

What You Will Need

Active enrolled top university student, preferably final year student. (Fresh graduates are welcomed!)
Experienced in doing community work both in online and offline basis. Proven by the organizational or any professional experiences (if any)
Familiar with community development, creative campaign, and event management
Keeping updated with the latest SME trends
Having a great copywriting skills is a plus
Ability to write, read, create a copy, and speak fluently in Bahasa and English
