About the Role
As part of the Merchant Engagement team, you will be focusing on providing the best customer experience to all non-AM Merchants during their journey in Moka POS and GoStore. To strive and succeed, you are expected to support & provide the best solution for merchants if they face any issues. Thus, you need to have extremely strong product knowledge, communication, sales & negotiation skills, and the ability to help merchants to solve issues are imperative to becoming a successful Merchant Engagement Specialist.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end Non-AM Merchants
- Manage product adoption and upsell relevant solutions to Merchants throughout the lifecycle
- Be the partner to merchants if they have any issues, concerns as well as business cases
- Constantly look up on merchant health core to identify potential medium/high-risk merchants
What You Will Need
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- At least 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Background in sales and/or telesales is a plus
- Data-driven and advanced Excel skills is a plus
- Able to converse in English
