About the Role

As part of the Merchant Engagement team, you will be a crucial figure of the merchant lifecycle in driving engagement strategies & execution initiatives throughout our Non-AM merchants journey. As the Merchant Engagement (ME) Lead, you will work with a passionate team of agents to innovatively improve merchants’ engagement & assist them towards achieving business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and drive engagement/campaign strategies of POS products (GoKasir) to nurture engagement with merchants & deliver exceptional merchant experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the engagement actions and feature adoption in innovative ways
  • Anticipate merchant’s needs by promoting services (enhancement, feature) and insights to merchants - make our customers successful!
  • Drive and exceed active, deduction, product adoption, and retention target
  • Deliver monitoring of success metrics across POS & GoKasir products and drive actionable insights out of them
  • Identify potential challenges in merchants’ engagement and work cross-functionally to route merchants to solutions
  • Create, improve, and monitor end-to-end merchant journeys, to include identifying potential issues within merchant journey and work with wider business to resolve them

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a reputable university
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Track record of experience in customer lifecycle/touchpoints & aligning within complex customer environment at executive and department levels
  • Data-driven with an advanced Excel skill & also commitment to process - drive / track consistent engagement
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
