Job Description
- Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand and business priorities.
- Balance production capacity, inventory, and material availability.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans when needed.
- Identify risks and resolve planning issues to minimize disruptions.
- Lead planning meetings and communicate production plans across functions.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or related areas.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi
