Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve sellers-related inquiries, issues, and escalations from various stakeholders
- Execute any other tasks related to assigned sellers and programmes, e.g. adhoc projects
- Contact sellers and educate them on various Shopee topics
- Assist sellers during all Shopee campaigns, i.e. weekly or monthly and seasonal campaigns
- Standby on the scheduled weekend shift to resolve escalations from sellers
- Train and develop team members
- Monitor and evaluate team members' job performance and recommend improvements as necessary
Requirements:
- Preferably with 2-3 years professional working experience in eCommerce, retail or business management industry
- Bachelor from reputable university (GPA min 3.00/4.00)
- Proficient in Ms. Excel
- Experience leading a team will be a plus
- Capable in using English for professional communication
- Good knowledge and good passion in eCommerce industry
- Sales spirit with good communication skill and ambitious person
- Willing to start immediately
