Marketplace Growth Analyst

As Marketplace Growth Analyst, you will support our retail marketplace team to analyze and generate insights in driving marketplace performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunity in improving marketplace performance (absorption, fulfillment & overall lenders investing experience)
• Evaluate funnel conversion and gather performance insights to provide input and drive actionable improvement items for marketplace performance
• Evaluate daily marketplace performance to ensure daily marketplace fulfilment
• Identify and escalate problems related to marketplace to related cross function team (product/ tech/ customer care)

Create and monitor marketplace performance result documentation in compliance with audit requirement

• Should have at least a achelor’s degree in any related field
• Should have at 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in platform/ marketplace/ in relevant industry would be a huge plus
• Strong data analysis skill & business acumen
• Comfortable to work individually as well as collab in cross function setting
• Strong excel skills (pivot, vlook up, hlookup, charting, and other basic Excel functions)
• Familiar with google products (Google sheet, drive, docs, slides, forms)
