As Marketplace Growth Analyst, you will support our retail marketplace team to analyze and generate insights in driving marketplace performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunity in improving marketplace performance (absorption, fulfillment & overall lenders investing experience)
- Evaluate funnel conversion and gather performance insights to provide input and drive actionable improvement items for marketplace performance
- Evaluate daily marketplace performance to ensure daily marketplace fulfilment
- Identify and escalate problems related to marketplace to related cross function team (product/ tech/ customer care)
Create and monitor marketplace performance result documentation in compliance with audit requirement
- Should have at least a achelor鈥檚 degree in any related field
- Should have at 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in platform/ marketplace/ in relevant industry would be a huge plus
- Strong data analysis skill & business acumen
- Comfortable to work individually as well as collab in cross function setting
- Strong excel skills (pivot, vlook up, hlookup, charting, and other basic Excel functions)
- Familiar with google products (Google sheet, drive, docs, slides, forms)
