The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategizing and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. This team is responsible for data-driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to reach the targeted customers. 

Job Description 

  • Oversee entire growth and operations of Shopee Indonesia’s Affiliate program 
  • Manage and lead the Sales and Relationship Management Affiliate team, take ownership of team development and performance
  • Set Key Performance Indicators and drive the team to meet their targets
  • Drive overall marketing strategy; evaluate new initiatives, conduct strategic planning, and optimization
  • Conduct market research and define go-to-market strategy
  • Responsible for the end-to-end implementation and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Review and analyze all key marketing metrics on a daily basis

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in leading and managing a team
  • Outstanding people and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge in developing and implementing SOP and KPI metrics
  • Stakeholder management in the highest caliber
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and creative problem solving
  • Able to accurately analyze and interpret data, and utilize data to improve program performance
  • Result-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic environment of e-commerce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
