Job Description
- Lead and oversee the entire Promotion Operations team within Marketing Operations, take ownership of team development and performance
- Regularly analyze and evaluate team performance, and drive the team to achieve KPIs
- Improve guidelines, streamline and strengthen processes to maximize efficiency, productivity and quality.
- Maintaining day to day operation process and team management.
- Liaising and communicate with stakeholders for any promotion-related programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, operations, e-commerce or a similar field
- Understand e-commerce business process, especially in marketing and promotions operations.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, and has the ability to breakdown big picture ideas into smaller actionable items
- Experience in managing a big team
- Strong leadership, analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
