Job Description 

  • Collaborate with financial services, telecommunications and other relevant partners to drive the growth of Shopee’s Digital Products
  • Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify partnership opportunities, gaps and areas of improvement 
  • Drive high-impact projects, work on implementing solutions and develop go-to-market strategy to grow the Digital Products category
  • Ensure strong collaboration and communication across departments
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines
  • Review and analyze all key marketing metrics on a daily basis
  • Report business progress with quantitative data regularly

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or product development
  • Experience in Digital Product industry is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of relevant industries’ products, services, and operations
  • Able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Is able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
