About the Role

As our Procurement Specialist in the Digital Marketing Sourcing Category, you’ll be an integral player within the Procurement team based in Jakarta. We oversee all Procurement things related to Digital Marketing and Sourcing categories. Specifically, we do sourcing activities that relate to goods/ services in several categories with nature of procuring Digital Marketing related i.e Above the line and Below the line, knowing about the details of marketing area Online, offline, Digital Platform and working with cross-business units who require such products/ services.

You’ll be assisting in leading Procurement buyers within the Digital Marketing Sourcing team and also as a single contributor in handling the assigned sourcing activities. What You Will Do

  • Lead Vendor Selection process and following Goto Procurement Procedure while adhering to relevant Policy and Procedures within the organization
  • Drive cost reduction to support organization operating cost optimization through the execution of Procurement activities, including mitigation upon any relevant risks within the Source-to-Pay process and supply chain
  • Owning Source-to-Pay process by ensuring a seamless transition throughout the steps, starting from capturing business needs up to Vendor payment
  • Lead and execute Vendor Selection Process for both Tactical and Strategic bidding and aim for cost optimization targets
  • Ensure proper documentation upon vendor selection process to establish transparency and accountability 
  • Identifying relevant Subject Matter Expert (SME) to be included in the vendor selection process to support a comprehensive evaluation
  • Identify and execute Cost efficiency initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders I
  • Develop Sourcing competencies framework as part of people development within the Procurement Sourcing organization

What You Will Need

  • Bachelors of business, supply chain management or any other related field (knowledge of related markets i.e digital marketing, marketing, technology)
  • Any past/relevant experience in Procurement is a bonus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business and commercial mindset
  • Excellent in negotiation, organizational, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Advance proficiency in verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia & English

GoTo Procurement Team formed from Gojek & Tokopedia Team consists of 35 people based in Indonesia. The gist of our role is to contribute to the annual cost optimization within GoTo following GoTo Procurement Policy and build strong relationships both with internal stakeholders and vendors. We collaborate alongside many teams across the organization.
