We’re looking for a
Marketing Partnership & Operations Intern to join our
Marketing team, to support planning & execution of exciting projects & campaigns for Glints Job Marketplace (
https://glints.com/id/en). The role will help drive various marketing objectives, including boosting awareness, driving customer acquisition, enhancing activation processes, and improving customer retention amongst job seekers in Indonesia.
This role will allow you to both use and gain a diverse set of skills, such as project management, creative thinking, stakeholder & supplier management and effective communication. You will work closely with our creative, content, product, and external stakeholders, collaborating together to plan and execute marketing projects across various communication channels and formats. Through marketing, we aim to establish a broad and captivating connection with our target audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner Acquisition & Project Management: Acquired partners across various sectors to build strategic partnerships aimed at raising Glints' awareness and increasing user conversions. Managed these projects from end to end, overseeing different models of collaboration.
- Content and Collateral Development: Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices to propose innovative ideas for upper/lower funnel metrics.
- Manage Marketing Data and Reporting: Work with the team to analyze marketing data. Generate reports with valuable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Contribute to Marketing Strategy: Actively participate in team meetings, leveraging data insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies for impactful results.

- An organized project manager with attention to detail, who’s able to translate ideas into a clear execution plan and bring it to fruition from the initial stage to completion.
- A person who can drive executional excellence, who can implement and execute tasks fast, including improve team efficiency & effectiveness.
- An agile and resilient person who embraces change, is able to work fast and adapt quickly, and isn’t afraid to evaluate methods that don’t work.
- Someone meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- A fast learner who shows a strong will to grow and proactively seeks feedback for improvement.
- Is authentic, humble, and honest, with a flair for communications and stakeholder management to gain buy-in, support, and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders.
