About the Role

Fasten your helmet and climb on board if you’re ready to be our Marketing Partnership and Campaign Design Lead in GTM APP Team. In this role, you'll focus your efforts on developing channels and scaling up penetration of Gojek’s AdTech and PromoTech solutions to the retail industry. As the "top-of-mind" retail knowledge expert for our internal and external stakeholders, you'll help develop & execute market growth strategy & plans, establish strong engagement with our merchant-partners, and act as the link between them and our internal product teams. Your efforts will directly enhance the growth trajectory of our merchant-partners' businesses, consequently generating a new revenue stream for Gojek, and creating a sustainable, positive socio-economic impact in our communities.


What You Will Do

  • Be the top-of-mind Retail Knowledge expert for internal & external stakeholders
  • Develop market growth strategy & plans of Gojek’s Ads solutions for merchant-partners, and manage the implementation of the plan accordingly with Sales team
  • Understand pain points of merchants and design marketing campaigns and calendar for our merchants
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts and set sales targets for merchants
  • Assist Retail Go To Market Lead to manage sales channel (Enterprise) for Gojek’s Ads & Promo Tools
  • Act as the bridge between our merchant facing teams and product teams, channeling insights from the former to the latter
  • Assist Retail Go To Market Lead to analyze relevant market information & data to gain insights on opportunities to grow market penetration of Gojek Ads Solutions
  • Build a strong & enduring relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure each program executed smoothly from upstream to downstream

What You Will Need

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Marketing, Business strategy, or a similar field with bachelor's degree in relevant field. Consulting/E-commerce/digital marketing background preferred.
  • Strong with data - ability to extract, manage, analyze and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of product/campaign combination to maximize merchant/Gojek’s revenue
  • Strong stakeholder management - the role will require dealing with senior leaders and will have strong upwards visibility
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to structure and visualize business plan to be presented to merchant partners
  • Fluent in English

The Advertising & Promo Platform (APP) group in Gojek is focussed on providing relevant and targeted content for our users, while giving commercial value for our clients, ranging from small F&B merchants to international brand principals. We achieve this dual mission by leveraging our deep relationship with the users, and in turn, building high-return marketing campaigns with exceptional execution processes for our clients

In GTM Strategy APP Team, our main responsibility is to groom & generate a new revenue stream for Gojek through our AdTech and PromoTech. How does one achieve this, you may ask? By focusing our efforts on scaling our retail merchant-partners' businesses, and by developing new go-to-market channels for our AdTech and PromoTech solutions. 

Our role is much like a consultant, advising our merchant-partners on various growth strategies and breaking down any barriers that impede that growth.
