Position Overview
You act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury ambassador by leading and engaging your team with the unique Tilbury vision. You are a dynamic and inspirational General Manager who is a true coach that helps develop the team to achieve all sales and operational targets. You demonstrate the ability to recruit and train #1 talent for expert artistry and never-ending Tilbury Theatre. You are flexible and a strong communicator that has the capability of guiding and supporting the team. Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with global brand guidelines and local market needs
- Drive brand awareness, desirability, and market share growth in Indonesia
- Ensure consistent brand image and positioning across all touchpoints
Campaign & Launch Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Localize global campaigns to fit the Indonesian market
- Coordinate closely with regional/global teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Digital & Social Media
- Oversee digital marketing strategies including social media, KOL/influencer marketing, and e-commerce activations
- Drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion across platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, e-commerce channels)
- Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns based on insights
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Collaborate with retail and sales teams to develop in-store activations and promotions
- Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising and brand experience at counters
- Support sell-out performance through impactful retail initiatives
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
- Track and analyze campaign performance, sales results, and key KPIs
- Provide regular reports and insights with actionable recommendations
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, e-commerce, education, PR) and external partners
- Build strong relationships with agencies, media, and KOLs
- Act as the key point of contact for brand-related initiatives in the local market
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, luxury, or FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian beauty market and consumer behavior
- Proven experience in brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
