Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Create engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor social media metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms. This includes writing engaging captions, creating eye-catching graphics, and sourcing relevant images.
Influencer Partnerships: Help identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and bloggers in the fashion and sustainability space. Assist in managing influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, and tracking results.
Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media. Foster a positive and supportive community environment to encourage participation and growth.
Social Media Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Generate reports and provide insights to improve future strategies and initiatives.
Trend Research: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry developments. Provide recommendations on how to leverage emerging trends to enhance our social media presence.

Requirements:

Passion for Marketing: Strong interest in marketing, particularly in the context of social media and growth. Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and sustainable practices is a plus.
Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and their best practices. Ability to create engaging content and utilize social media management tools.
Creative Mindset: Strong creative thinking skills with an eye for visual aesthetics and an ability to craft compelling written content. Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of editing tools are advantageous.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to effectively engage with our online community and collaborate with team members.
Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of the marketing team. Proactive attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
