Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the overall brand marketing strategy across omni channel touch points for North America. Reporting into the Brand Marketing Lead of LB US and working very closely with Brand HQ Team, you will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase in your markets.

Main Responsibilities:
Support Marketing Initiatives:
- Contribute to US brand strategy by supporting the localization and implementation of Global campaigns and unique local key brand moments
- Stay current on trends, social issues, and consumer trends and identify creative proactive campaigns and initiatives
- Quarterly and monthly planning support, making decks for internal stakeholders & external partners etc.
- Maintain our internal Brand Awareness Marketing Dashboard, expense tracker, and other internal reports
Ambassador Program:
- Grow and manage the relationships within our brand ambassador program
- Own day-to-day communications with influencers, facilitating seeding, monitoring and tracking postings, and analyzing performance
- Work with our HQ team to coordinate monthly seeding, execute global initiatives and coordinate collab postings
Social media management & UGC:
- Work with the Social & Community Manager to execute the creation and scheduling of owned social content
- Coordinate communications with UGC partners and facilitate product shipments and returns
Community & Partnerships:
- Create decks to help pitch Love, Bonito to complementary US brands for potential partnerships and onboard partners on our Loyalty program
- Support recruitment, onboarding and product seedings with tastemakers
- Remotely assist in the preparation and implementation of virtual and in-person community initiatives
Public Relations:
- Be the first eyes to proof-read and assist in the localization copy for diverse marketing distributions (press releases, website material, EDM, social media etc.) and press kits.
- Facilitate the exchange of assets like media alerts and lookbooks to our agency on a monthly basis
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing Lead on activation and campaign preparation and logistics that can be done remotely
EDM & Loyalty Program:
- Facilitate the process of eDM content localization for review and build
- Support strategy roll-out for our loyalty program, LBCommunity+, to drive brand awareness, traffic, new customer acquisition and customer retention
- 4+ years of relevant work experience preferably in an e-commerce / digital company
- Solid hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution
- Experienced in Influencer & PR management
- Excellent communication skills and copywriting skills
- Bonus: Analytical and proficient in Excel and familiar with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
