Marketing Executive | AYANA Midplaza Jakarta

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a motivated and innovative Marketing Executive to join our team at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services among customers and stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in improving brand awareness, driving leads and revenue, and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the hotel and its services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Creative, and Front Office, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Plan and execute online and offline promotional activities, including email marketing, social media, press releases, advertising, and events.
• Manage the hotel's website and social media accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and engaging.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and improve ROI.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing and hospitality.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and use data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation platforms.
