At MAKE UP FOR EVER, teaching plays an essential role: in addition to offering exceptional products to professionals and women from around the world, the House has the ambition to share its knowledge and passion with the general public through training courses and to bring progress to the world of make-up.


YOUR IMPACT

Develop integrated marketing campaigns (PR, social media, direct marketing, advertising) to promote a MAKE UP FOR EVER product (new launch & re-promote product). Create awareness of the brand & build customer engagement.

You will also closely work with Regional team for marketing plan & execution. Creating & presenting business review, sales & campaign performance reports.


YOUR MISSION

PRODUCT:

  • Merchandising allocation (Sellable, Tester, GWP) based on assortment planning, store DOI and demand from retailers.
  • Keep track on product fulfilment, sales trend, franchise + category performance & give recommendation to manager regarding certain demands
  • Monitor Product delivery time (include shipment status from Regional), forecasting timeline between delivery and product availability in store
  • Inventory management and ability to identify stock issues and provide depletion plan (promo mechanics, exhibition, etc)
  • Planning & execute retail monthly mechanic based on analytic sales trend, past performances, upcoming campaign. Do active monitor & tracking, give recommendation to manager and team regarding action plan on trade mechanics
  • Update with Beauty market conditions and actively do pricing analysis
  • On time preparation and execution for all trade related, liaise with other team on the implementation (POP, Voucher, and other visuals)
  • Support cross function departments for product queries

MARKETING:

  • Work closely with in-house & external creative agencies to design marketing materials. Details on Proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • Source Marketing opportunities and place adverts as appropriate with brand products & target segmentation. Engage partnership with external parties & build relationship (Mall, Retailers, other brands)
  • Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google with agencies. Analyse report provided by Agency and summarized the key metrics result into internal marketing report data
  • Conduct market research, competitor review. Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads link for products
  • Knowledge in organising Marketing & PR Event (in-store gathering, Product Launching, KOL/MUA gathering, Pop Up Store). Liaising with agency to maximise visibility & create impactful result
  • Creating post mortem reports on every Marketing activations with clear KPI result and qualitative insights to be presented to Internal & Regional team (PR Events, Make up workshop, and other activations)
  • Build & maintain good relationship with KOL & Celebrity MUAs
  • Manage A&P given with right investment plan, clear KPI & ROI analysis. Campaign evaluation with quantitative & qualitative insights
  • Actively update and expand the knowledge within PR & Digital environment. Initiate valuable insights that will help to further expand brand business and growth


WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Bachelor Degree with Minimum 2 years of working experience in Related field
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Good time management ensuring all reports and projects are done timely
  • Strong analytical skill. Able to do comprehensive sales & data analysis
  • Good project management skills & able to work with medium to large team members
  • Good Presentation skills
  • High Resilience, Agility with creative and problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work under tight deadline & has a strong business acumen
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Basic skill in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
  • Knowledge in Google Analytic is a plus
