Revenue stream from partnership will be greatly impacted as currently Adet is responsible for operations end to end:
- Setting up IQM based on client brief, preparing visual brief to creative designers, getting approval from client, making sure all the links, utm working properly - all the full flow from beginning/ preparation until the campaign is up.
- Responsible on ensuring all in-app banners are up based on schedule, also pulling out the data for reporting. One campaign for a brand consists of multiple items: IQM prep, In-App Banner design, GrabAds design, Data Analysis, etc.
- Drafting evaluation/ reporting for clients à data pulling, analysis and presentation drafting all of the above SOW are not within G2, more into G3 but she can handle it very well since the beginning up to now.
To train new hire who understands end-to-end of the product technicality, understanding client brief and collaborate with other function will take 2-3 months, by this time, we might not be able to run any campaign for partnership, and impact on revenue greatly.
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in marketing (Min 2 - 3 years)
