The marketing executive is part of the commercial strategy team and will be responsible for promoting brand awareness and lead generation through the execution of key marketing initiatives.

Brand Awareness

  • Execute brand awareness strategy across different traditional and digital platforms to ensure that the brand message is conveyed to the target audience.
  • Target / Goals : Revenue, traffic, impressions, engagement, conversions

Lead Generation

  • Assist in the management of multiple lead channels through thorough research on the target customer segment profiles, planning and implementation top of funnel initiatives.
  • Target / Goals : Revenue, quantity and quality of leads

Marketing Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and track effectiveness of lead channels and marketing campaigns through analysing key metrics and marketing expenses.
  • Provide actionable insights to management on marketing strategy through a data-driven approach.
  • Target / Goals : Identify key lead channels and marketing campaigns to focus on, through  analysis of marketing performance. Propose solutions to overall marketing strategy.

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Revenue, quantity and quality of leads, conversions

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
  • 1-3 years working experience in marketing field preferred
  • Knowledge on e-commerce, international logistics and freight forwarding (preferred)
  • Familiar with Facebook/Google Ads, SEO is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, etc)

  • Project management skills
