AYANA Hospitality is looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our marketing communication strategies across all AYANA properties. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our brand visibility and driving guest engagement through innovative and targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans that align with AYANA's vision and objectives.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Create compelling content for promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and metrics.
• Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate marketing campaigns and events.
• Stay current with hospitality industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong ability to write and create engaging content for various platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
• Proficient in project management and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
