Job Description
- Assisting the marketing team in processing invoices
- Making lists of shipping items
- Making requests for shipping goods
- Making PO requests for goods
- Doing daily follow-up with third parties
- Receive and send letters
Requirements
- Min. 6 months of administrative experience (finance, accounting, marketing are preferred but not mandatory)
- Skilled in Ms. Excel (with knowledge of basic and frequently used formulas)
- Quick to adapt and high willingness to learn
- Able to be resilient and multitask well
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible and open to change
- Able to work well with others
