Market Executive (Bali)

Your main duties in flying with us:

• To support hotel partners through phone, video conference, email of all administrative works that includes extranet training, new registration, contract loading, content loading, hotel activation, hotel record management.
• To acquire new hotel partners, manage hotel accounts according to assignment by Area Manager/ Senior Market Manager, to manage relationship with hotel partners, review and improve commercial conditions obtained from hotel partners that are not limited to getting promo rates and increasing margin.
• To monitor and improve price competitiveness and room inventory availability at all times.
• To support related departments on customer bookings.
• Accountable to fulfil Service Level Agreement (SLA), achieve own target and achieve overall hotel department's target .
• To educate hotel partners in managing bookings.
• Monitor, review and improve hotel contents to reflect accurate hotel information and facility details to improve overall hotel bookings.
• To support and participate on company's campaign /tactical promotion projects.
• To support overall administrative works of the team for smooth, effective and efficient daily operation, this includes all reimbursements & reports.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Have minimum 1+ year experience in Sales, Marketing, and related field in hospitality or travel industry
• Have a bachelor’s degree in a tourism, business, or similar discipline
• Familiar with any kind of Channel Management System and Extranet
• Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Advanced MS Excel skills, Google Suites, and Other Project management tools
• Good in analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good in working collaborative with team
• Good in written and verbal communication skills, both Bahasa and English
• Good in time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
