Responsibilities

Design Project Management for Manual Hack Project to support operational wise.
Build Capacity and set up team for stability operation.
Driving the Manual activity team to achieve scorecard target.
Supervise and coach supervisor to deliver support excellence standard.
Review issues within day to day operational processes and come up with actionable solutions.
Continue learning and developing new skills, as well as encourage team member's skills development.
Build Analysis from the scratch for continuity improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering or quantitative major.
Understand about lean concept.
Experienced with working with very large datasets.
Experience in managing multiple full cycle project.
Able to work in ambiguous situation and enjoy experimental.
Able to work on tight timeline.
Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.
Communication skills to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate the results.
Experienced from Consulting will be a plus.
