Finding a bug on a rose probably won’t detract from its beauty. Unlike the case, finding bugs in the apps or software might be a serious problem and lead to customer dissatisfaction.
A buggy app could ruin a couple’s honeymoon plan to the Maldives by not being able to proceed to the payment page. Or perhaps, could mess the Afgan Fans plan to get tickets for The concert of Afgan Rossa by not being able to click the “book now” button.
At tiket.com, we want to build top-notch quality apps and make sure our customers get seamless experiences while using our apps to book hotels, flights, events, or any other products. Your main duties in flying with us:
- Understand business goals, contribute to product strategy and work with team to ship high quality products
- Detailed Sprint Planning & Grooming & Scrums
- Define QA processes, Test Plans and Strategies
- Own QA delivery quality gaps and coach the team to fix
- Stake Holder Communications – PM, TPM, Leads, VP
- Coach TLs for Team Workload Management
- People development / management
- Escalation management and conflict resolution
- Hire and retain the best talent for the team
- Keeps Track of Technical Debt, Cost of Systems, Process Adherence
- 1 on 1 with Team at defined frequency
- Regular Team Meetings
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Minimum 5 years in Software Quality Assurance domain and 3 years of People management experience (Plus point if have experience in OTA or e-Commerce)
- Well versed in Testing concepts
- Good Hands-on experience in Mobile Apps (Android + iOS) or Web or API testing
- Good mindset and approach for writing a good variety and in-depth test cases
- Hands-on experience of Test Management tools like JIRA, TestRail
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Proactive, self motivated, ownership attitude with good written & verbal communication skills
- Good in reviewing work and test artifacts
- Good in troubleshooting problems and issues
- Good experience in resource Hiring
- Manage QA metrics, prepare reports and present to stakeholders
- Good experience in Performance Appraisals, Yearly Reviews, etc.
Good to have:
- Some scripting knowledge
- Good knowledge of MySQL or MongoDB or JMeter
- Knowledge about monitoring tools like Graffana, Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.
- Exposure to any Cloud Device farm, Dockerization
